Brief Description:
It has been several centuries since human population has declined. Food has become harder to find and what little sources the humans have are considered highly valuable. The most prosperous species on the Earth are "Fairies", 10 cm tall creatures with high intelligence and a great love for sweets. A nameless girl, the main character, became a UN arbitrator between the humans and the fairies and had returned to her hometown to help her grandfather. One day, the village is sent some strange products made by a company called FairyCo. Since the villagers are wary of using the products, the girl, her grandfather, and a nameless boy decide to go to the factory to find out about the mysterious products and who is behind making them. December, 2012: GeneD [ Already Rated ]

Violence / Gore: A sentient fairy bread tears itself open and a red substance sprays out, it's not blood though. A character violently stabs a doll that, to her, is basically a stand in for another character.

Nudity / Sexual Content: Episode 3 deals with a character discovering and publishing yaoi manga and a whole yaoi subculture develops with multiple publishing groups and a convention. The most shown is shirtless men on the covers. Watashi meets a 13 year old who makes lewd comments and touches her breasts briefly, she freaks out and threatens him with a lawsuit. It’s implied that the boy Spoiler: is her grandfather as a kid, so that makes it a little weirder. Watashi is shown very briefly in the shower, no detail is seen. The fairies are also shown naked, but they're completely featureless.

Theological themes: When she first meets them the fairies see Watashi as a god.

Negative Themes: Cigar smoking, swearing, skinned chickens... exist. A fairy develops narcotics and one or two instances of drunkenness.
