Brief Description:
Four boys named Haruka, Makoto, Nagisa and Rin all participated in a swimming tournament shortly before graduating elementary school and later parted ways. Years later, they reunite when Rin challenges Haruka to a race and wins. The experience causes Haruka, Makoto, Nagisa and a new recruit Rei to band together and form the Iwatobi High School Swimming Club.

Violence / Gore: Two of the boys get into a (minor) fight.

Nudity / Sexual Content: A lot of fanservice consisting of the boys seen in swimwear at least once an episode, ranging from wetsuits to speedos. They're mostly seen in swimming trunks sans shirts though. At one point some of them skinny dip but nothing is seen below the waist.

The series has a good bit of yaoi subtext that you can decide if you want to take seriously or not, the show certainly likes to make fun of itself and fans in this regard. There's no actual yaoi content. Spoiler: There is an almost CPR moment between two of the guys. Obviously CPR doesn't actually constituent anything sexual, but given the subtext of the show some people could certainly view it as a teasing a kiss.
