DDR question

So after borrowing Ultra Mix 3 for so long and then getting my own Extreme 2 for PS2, I was suprised to know that the backgrounds move and even showing music videos!
So my question is for the song I unlocked called "Polovtsian Dances and Chorus" and I'm just wondering what RPG game is playing in the background... Assuming it is a game and not specifically made for the game. Then again, I hear in some of the arcade versions Final Fantasy 9 (or was it 8?) actually is shown in the background! So hmmm maybe this is another FF? I dunno, but maybe someone here does. I just think it looks neat is all^^

Sync wrote:the game is OZ or "Over Zenith," a team based hack-n-slash (think .Hack but with actual teamwork). apparently Konami will be releasing it in Europe as "The Sword of Etheria" but no final release date is set. As for a NA/US release, Konami's US office isnt really staffed by the best decision makers in the world, so import maybe the only option.

It was OZ? Really? (Doesnt have extreme 2)
I was JUST watching a trailer for Over Zenith! (While trying to find the answer to tenshi's question) Looks like I found it

Thanks for the info, and too bad :/ I was hoping it was already avaliable over here :/
Oh and one more thing to ask... on two of the Naoki songs on Extreme 2 (one I know is 1998, can't remember the other) are the things in the background really ZOIDS or just look-alikes? ^^

That's Brilliant2U, and I've actually been wondering the same thing for a while now.

I've thought about that in the past, but I really just think it's because Brilliant 2U is either a prequel or a sequel (I couldn't think of another way to phrase it and I'm not sure which song came first) to B4U and Glorious Style B4U, both of which feature a mech in the background.

I have another DDR Extreme 2 question that I'll just add here instead of making a whole new topic:
So I just unlocked what I THINK are the last songs I can unlock (with some "help" by some friends to using our hands to beating some standard songs^^). Anyhow the last group of songs I unlocked include Sakura, the 2 Paranoia Survivor songs, and a couple others. In master mode, I haven't even made it to the 4th section (which I'm scared too cause now it's treading on Heavy territory^^) soooo are these the last ones to unlock or are there even more secret secret ones I can still find within Master Mode? Don't really feel like going through the entire thing to look for secret areas, unless it involves getting new songs, which is my ultimate goal, not to be a "Dance Master". Just get all the songs so my friends can have more of a selection to pick from when they come over, cause DDR is a very social event^^

Um...I'm not sure if there are more or not. After I got Sakura, I stopped playing Dance Master Mode XD; Although, I'm pretty sure there aren't anymore songs.

There's DDR Freak's songlist for the game.

You're not here is actually from Silent Hill 3... It's the theme song, and that video was made for SH3 and not for DDR. The DDR version of the music video is sorta chopped up, because the real video actually shows monsters.

Ugh..."Oops...I did it again?" That abomination is on DDR Extreme 2?

Yes it is, but there are plenty of awesome songs that make up for it.

Tis true :/ I disslike the song too cause it's soooo slow. And I much prefer the trancey version of Genie in a Bottle. ...Yeah I MUCH prefer the fast songs^^
