Kirby Super Star ULTRA!

Postby ilikegir33 » Fri Sep 12, 2008 7:05 pm

So who else wants this great Kirby remake? Nintendo added 5 more minigames to Kirby Super Star's already great game selection! That makes for 14 games in one! Schweet! And full anime cutscenes (kinda like The World Ends With You) and two new arena modes make for a killer remake. This looks even more promising than Nightmare In Dream Land was a few years ago. I hope this old-school Kirby DS game delivers more than the ho-hum Squeak Squad.

Personally, I refuse to pay more than 30 dollars for a DS game, so this one is off my 'to buy' list.

I got it for 30 dollars at Target, and what can I say, this is the best Kirby game on a handheld system since Kirby's Dream Land. My favorite thing about KSS Ultra is Revenge of Meta Knight. If you're wondering why a ship called the Halberd is in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, this is why, and Meta Knight's piloting it! And, if you've beaten Meta Knight in a Kirby game before, you know this:
He's actually a blue Kirby! X3
Yeah, I've experienced my share of game remakes, most of which aren't good (*cough Sonic the Hedgehog Genesis cough*) (*cough Contra Alien Wars Advance cough*) but Kirby Super Star Ultra is the best remake, much less the best Kirby game, ever made.

GOOD LORD! You just spoiled something no one would have guessed!

Yeah. This game is amazing, short, but amazing. Worth the five dollars extra.
