Is Bakugan any good?

My little brother is a Bakugan fanatic, and alough I absolutley hat the anime, I've been considering playing the game. Is it any good? He has enouhg for two players, but not quite enough for me to say weather I like it or not, ya know what I mean?

Is this sort of like an overly complicated version of "crossfire" with collectable characters?

BTW, Every time I read the title, I see "Byakugan"...

I've never heard of croosfire, but the ting I'm wondering about is the fact that Bagugan seems to simple.

It looks like it's a boardgame in the style of (as I said) the old boardgame crossfire... Crossfire was where you shot things at something on the board until it reached a goal. This seems like the same basic idea, if I read correctly, except it has more complicated rules and involves collectibles... Maybe I'm wrong, though. Have you given it a shot yet to see what you think of it?
