Games you wished existed

I don't think I need to explain this, but I will anyway. Tell me about a game you'd like like to see on shelves (even if it'd never happen in real life), be it an original concept or a part of an existing series.

I'll start of with two:

1. A sandbox simulator that allowed you to mess with the world timeline. In other words, you could travel back in time, prevent the Industrial Revolution from happening, and then see how that affect the present.

2. A game about ninjas. Now, before you guys say, "Uh, Kerusso, you're a little late on that." allow me to elaborate.

Ninjas in real life performed multiple functions: assassinations, sabotage, espionage, etc. This game would basically recreate the life of ninjas back in Japan's feudal era... which would mean no supernatural abilities (sorry guys, no Sharingan for you), but ninjas had plenty of weapons back then to make up for it. You can get the gist of this game by looking up "ninja" on Wikipedia.

Star Wars: Battlefront 3
Mercenaries 3
Halo Wars 2
A new X-wing V. TIE-Fighter game
More good console RTS games, Halo Wars proved it can be done I'd like to see more of them.
Another Crimson Skies game.

A modern-day reboot of Strider.

Final Fantasy 7 remake. 8 and 9 could use a good facelift too. Square says that would take too long to remake 7, but I just really want something better to look at than block hands. Oh, and the translation I'm sure could be better.

Super Mario RPG remake

A good Megaman X series game. The X series definitely needs more innovation. Infact, I think most of the franchise needs innovation. But innovation is risky.

Battle Network 7 or prequel that's set before BN1.

Tenchu is sorta close to that aspect.

Yep. Most definitely. There has been another company that has expressed interest in creating the game, though.

The TCG game is great. Hard to get into though.

Angelic Layer. >_>

A Trigun game would be awsome too.

XD I see what you did there.

Hmmm... I'd personally love to see a Bioware-style Halo RPG. Or a Bioware RPG set in the real world. Or Jade Empire 2. Well, really anything as a Bioware-style RPG.

A steampunk Final Fantasy (a la VI) with XIII's production values would also be awesome. A FFVII remake wouldn't hurt, either.

Ouendan 3.

Super Robot Wars in English.

A sort of "Super Anime Wars". Like Super Robot Wars but with anime from other genres besides mecha. Or maybe Super Sentai Wars (though I think something like this might already exist).

Movie tie-in games that aren't complete crap.

I might actually finish playing Final Fantasy 7 if it didn't have derpy Playstation graphics, but...I kinda doubt it. Square needs to make with the new IPs and back off the remakes anyways.

Seconding this. I was gonna buy a 3DS for it...

The way everything played out with Capcom and the devroom was like teasing a puppy with a biscuit and then locking him in a small, dark room to starve.

Marvel vs. DC fighting game.
Here's a great idea: a Doctor Who game that actually involves all doctors and selected companions. Yes, I know some of the classic doctors are dead now, but we can get people who can at least sound similar. They did it in the classic episode "The Five Doctors", after all.

Half Life 2: Episode 3 (may actually be a possibility), Knuckles Chaotix 2, The Misadventures of James and Pyramid Head, Super Peach Sisters, and Megaman X9.

Also, although a computer game mainly, The Sims 4 would be pretty awesome. So awesome, you'll be able set the depths to the pools to ludicrous proportions!

I see what you did there. What you don't like the fact that it was cancelled in order to release a new version of an already existing game that came out like 5 months ago?

As for me: a console version of Resident Evil Revelations.

Also a fighting game with Horror icons from the movies. Someguy online did this for free with no money involved whatsoever and then the film companies found out and made him take out pretty much all the characters which then in turn caused him to stop development on the full game altogether.
If we couldn't get a fighting game then a game with iconic Horror characters in general would be nice. MK 9 doesn't count cause that's only Freddy. If they put Jason in there I might be satisfied for now.

I'd tell you, but then I'd have to kill you.

Seriously, I want to return Educational games to their glory days in the '80s, but go much further than any of them did because the technology allows for so much more, now. I'd love to see an Educational game that's on par with something like Silent Hill 2 or Metal Gear Solid 3 or maybe a nice JRPG or mixed genre game.

Lunar 3!!!!! full stop. Also like to see a PSP remake of Eternal Blue, like they did with Silver Star Harmony.

More Oddworld games...that are NOT exclusive to the X-box consoles.

As for a general game concept...I'd like to play another musical RPG, like Rhapsody a Musical Adventure, But with either a more traditional final fantasy style battle system, or something like Legend of Zelda/Kingdom Hearts.

Also...I've always thought it would be cool to have a "Mavel vs Capcom" style fighting game, but with anime characters from a bunch of different series. So you could have naruto fighting goku, fighting Tenchi Masaki, fighting Sailor Moon, and on and on.

I don't have any fresh concepts because I'm pretty unimaginative. Mostly ideas for cosmetic changes.

I know Tatsunoko vs. Capcom was a games/anime crossover fighting game (it featured Gold Lightan and Casshern among others).

What I'd especially like would be a crossover fighting game with just a selection of characters from Toei's massive stable of anime and tokusatsu.
