It looks good, archy. For some reason it looks to me like there is a bit of a CLAMP influence in the style--is that true?

The only critique I offer is lighter shading around the eyes, the outlines around the eyes look very dark.

But it looks good, hope to see more in the future!

CLAMP is the artist team that produces great manga series like Card Captor Sakura, Magic Knight Rayearth, and Angelic Layer. Something about your art reminds me just a little of their style, especially Magic Knight Rayearth.

Hello there Archy!

Don't think we've offically met. I'm Archan. Nice to meet you.

As for your art, I was around when I read about your posts In the "Learn How To Draw Anime" thread, and though your art is good, I can still see hints that your art is more Male orientated.

It's overall very good, just a few tips though (I hope they don't sting

)

I would first off make the face rounder, not smaller, just rounder around the jaw area. This would compliment your eyes. also, your characters face would become more softer instead of having such a sharp chin and jaw.

I would also make her neck thinner, not so masculine. Most female necks have close to no indents on the neck, and are usually slender (MANGA & anime wise) so don't put any lines indicating muscle or the throat unless your doing a really detailed drawing.

Finally, around the eyes I would give her more eyelash, the kind that flare up and look all bouncy and cutsy, yeah those ones. Take a look at the art of Card Captors (No, I am not promoting the anime or manga) and study the girls eyes, you'll see what I mean. and yes, CC is a CLAMP company anime.

Thats all, hope that didn't hurt too much. If so lemme know and I'll strap on the muzzle. so far though your on a good start, so keep it up!
