Amazing how in the midst of everything
he's there to give us that little push
to tell us that we're great
that we are worth it all.

We so often tell ourselves that
we are worthless or that we can do everything
We can do nothing and are weak as a sheep
Yet he's still there telling us to do more

Is this not life's greatest mystery
how we can be so weak
yet hold the world within our palms
so weak yet able to enter into
the vast eternity with out Father.

Thanks for writing this; it lets me know that there are other people who understand what it's like to question one's worth. I know I'm worth heaps because Jesus paid the price for me and also because I'm made in the image of God, but sometimes I get a little down, you know?
Great poem! Now I'm going to go check out your other one.
