Hi all this is something I have been developing for a long time. this is available only on CAA. Happy reading.

A Drop of Cerulean

Water: with out it there would be no life and yet too much of it could destroy life as well. That is why the sailors often call the ocean a woman, for she has the ability to create life and is a fickle one. That is an inaccurate assumption for the Ocean has no will of its own and can be manipulated by the moon, the stars or least of all magic.
There where two immortal brothers who where such sorcerers had this ability, given to them by the Creator, the LORD of Life. Their names where Clow and Fei Wong Reed. Clow Reed was smaller then his brother, humble and honest. He had long black hair and wore small round spectacles and long robes of dark blues and grays. He had a pure heart constantly seeking out truth and wisdom. Fei Wong Reed on the other hand had all the power and authority that only the LORD of Life was second to him. He being the older one had short graying hair a strong jaw and wore robes of dark red and light blacks. He also was a great musician and his singing voice could tame any wild beast or storm.
Then in his heart an evil thought came to his mind, He should to be The LORD of all. At first he ignored it, then he began to entertain, then he fanaticized then he planned out his fantasy then he acted upon on it.
Then the LORD of Life who knew all things humbled him and toke away his power and his ability to sing leaving only his speaking voice. Fei Wong Reed was broken and forever hated The LORD and became consumed by the evil, and it was reviled its true name, Hashan. Hashan cannot act with out a host and Fei Wong Reed was the perfect host for him. The LORD replaced Fei Wong with Clow Reed and he proved to be even grater then his brother ruling along side the LORD of Life with Justice and Wisdom. And all the while The LORD of Life made a plan to undue all that Hashan intended to unleash upon the world of men.

Beneath the surface of the Ocean live the People Of the Sea. The half-human race where shy of things different or the unknown, preferring to live out their long lives in peace in their homes or traveling on the currants or a combination of both. One common attitude held by The People of the Sea was a fear of Humanity. No one knew for sure where the idea came from but it was just there. Evan the most adventuresome of the Current Runners stayed far away. In their myths they where thought to be unpredictable, wither good or evil the Tales taught them to use caution when dealing with Humans. The only Human they where sure of was Clow Reed. He was known as the Sea Breather, he would often come to them and advice from time to time. But it would vary between periods of time, sometimes two, five, ten, or twenty years.
But whenever he did show up it was a cause for great celebration. But no one looked forwarded more to his coming then the Emperor Fujitaka and his family. Fujitaka was a wise and fair ruler always tiring to better himself, his people, and his family for the common good. He always trusted that Clow Reeds advice was to help only him and his people not for Reeds own advantage. Touya also appreciated his advice, on concerning how to rule for he was to be the heir to the throne. But the youngest and smallest member of the royal family loved him for just being him. Her name was Sakura. She loved nothing more then to sit at his feet and listen to the strange and wondrous tales he would weave for her. When she was born he was visiting and asked her father and mother Nadeshiko if he could help name the child. Her parents consented and he gave her the name Sakura and it stuck. He visited in Sakura’s lifetime several times. The most prolific times where at her birth, when her mother died of a mysterious illness at age five, and when she was sixteen.
Sakura now eighteen was an oddity among the People of the Sea for she was fascinated with humanity. Her father tolerated it patiently thinking it was just a simple phase or an odd hobby. Her brother saw it as dangerous and something to be feared.
Rumor had it that Clow Reed had disappeared, no whispers of his comings and goings on land or sea and it stuck fear in the heart of Fujitaka for he would need his advice now more then ever…. how to deal with his daughter.

Sakura attempted her hardest not to fidget during her etiquette class. The other noble’s daughters seemed to be perfectly still. She would prefer if the tutor would simply resume academic study like history or writing. But such is the life of a princess. She adjusted her strapless white top; it spelt right under her bust and ended mid back. Her skirt was also white and made of tow separate pieces sown together at the waist. The piece in front a little ways past knee length and the piece in back was longer in back.
