Okay... here's the lowdown on the characters here.

Samus: You'd BETTER know who she is... she's the bounty hunter in all the Metroid games.

Takuya: Long, straight black hair and the Matsuda Clan stripes are the two things that define him the most. He's Samus' adopted brother and an amazing warrior with augmented healing, muscles, and thought, as well as the ability to control and harness Quantic (Quantum) bio-energy and the ginetic key to his Aurora Suit.

Tal: TA-1. Short, black hair, narrow eyes Phazon mutation (For all who've read UC Pseudonym's story, he gave me permission to use Tal but I don't wanna use the same technologies and powers from the story... so he's got the same abilities but based on a different element)

Kage: Ain't tellin' yet.

Jenner: Takuya's best friend and partner from the academy. He's basically the jester of the team. Anyone could tell he's Australian by his heavy accent, it's not something he's ashamed of and he doesn't try in the least to "loose" it.

"Samus, it's time for you to step back and let Takuya fight, he's not weak," Tal told Samus.

"I know Tal. But it's not Sylux, Kanden, Ridley, or Kage I'm afraid of. I'm afraid that Takuya's not ready for this responsibility. If he snaps or gives in to the pressure, we'll all be dead, and there will be nothing we can do," Samus responded.

"Like I said, he's not weak."

"I know that. But strength isn't a factor here. I know he's powerful. That's what scares me."

"I wasn't talking about his body. I meant him mind and spirit. He can handle it. When we ran into him, I wouldn't have trusted him for training if I would have known his powers. But he's honed his skills farther than either of us. He's trained, studied, and meditated harder than anyone I've ever seen. He deserves a part in this."

As he studied the Pirate Remnant, trying to find out why they needed the Phazon, Takuya could hear Samus and Tal in the next room.

"I can't believe that my own sister, whom I grew up with on Zebes, doesn't trust me enough to let me fight, but her boyfriend, who barely knows me, trusts me all the way," Takuya thought to himself.

He then looked back at the screen to read what he had found.

"Quantics: a powerful form of physics involving sub-atomic particles. Enables teleportation among other things. The only know substance to be capable of infusing this power is... Phazon," he said aloud, eyes widening.

"Th-they're trying to use the Phazon they stole to infuse their troopers with quantic abilities?"

He ran into where Tal and Samus were.

"Guys! I know why the Remnant needs the Phazon!"

"What?" both Tal and Samus asked, simultaniously.

"The Pirates! They're trying to infuse MY quantic abilities into their troops!"

"What?!" Tal and Samus responded again.

"Phazon is the only thing known to actually give creatures the ability to control or even harness quantic bio-energy! THAT'S why they need it! They're trying to give their troops the ability to use bio-energy."

"Not good. I interrogated Weavel the other day and he told me that the Remnant was planin' an attack on Fedaration High Command H.Q." Jenner stated, walking in.

"They must be trying to put an end to our struggle with them," Tal put in.

"We can't let that happen," Takuya demanded.

"Right. We have to stop them before they figure out how to harness bio-energy," Samus agreed.

"Well I think this is time for some good news to help with the pet talk," Jenner interupted, "We might just have a new ally on our side. I just finished talkin' to Noxus, and he wants to help any way he can."

"Great! Noxus is one of the best hunters I've fought. Too bad Kanden's not on our side too, we'd have it made," samus commented.

"Yeah. But remember, Kanden's just barely sane," Tal responded.

"Yeah... I know... can't blame a girl for wishing though, now can you?"

Takuya laughed. "Heh. Well, we'd better go get some rest, I'm sure Noxus is."

"Probably. That havin' been said, I'm out," Jenner said, turning away and saluting.

"I'm gonna turn in too," Samus yawned.

"Same here," Tal added.

"I'm going to pollish up on my Pirate research," Takuya said, walking back to where he was before.

"Takuya, don't stay awake TOO long. Okay?" Tal said.

"Always looking out for me," Takuya smiled, "Don't worry, I won't."

Hope you all enjoyed it. It's basically a teaser trailer for Metroid Prime 4: Lights of Aurora.

So... comments? Criticism?

And if you say Metroid sucks, you suck. *ROFL*
