Shape of my Heart

These are lyrics to the song "Shape of My Heart" by Sting. These lyrics are my own, as I walked today as a part of my therapy.

Shape of My Heart (Writer's Requiem)
-------
I write my books as a mode of worship
And those who read never suspect
I don’t write for the money I make
I don’t write for respect

I write my work to let my soul speak
To let my desire become known
The hidden heart of a pen or computer
To makes these works my own

I know that the pen is the sword of a senshi
I know that the paper will record all
I know that my thoughts are money, if it’s art
But that ain’t the shape of my heart.

You may be a sci-fi writer
You may write for mystery’s sake
You may conceal a romantic’s heart
But the paper gives you away

I know that the pen is the sword of a senshi
I know that the paper will record all
I know that my thoughts are money, if it’s art
But that ain’t the shape of my heart
That's not the shape…the shape of my heart.

-bridge: instrumental-

You know why I don’t read reviews
They don’t mean that much to me
Unless they are…able to see through
The cover and the page

When they find the true meaning
Why I write what I do
Then they will understand the reason for writing
I do it all for you.

I know that the pen is the sword of a senshi
I know that the paper will record all
I know that my thoughts are money, if it’s art
But that ain’t the shape of my heart.
But that ain’t the shape of my heart
But that ain’t the shape…the shape of my heart

Intersting, I like the frist and second stanza
Tis No Fool to lose what he can not keep to gain what he can never lose.
What does it profit a man to gain the World yet lose his soul.
Choose Life that you Might live.
