Are you O.D.D.?

No, I am not talking about being a weirdo; I’m talking about being Obedient, Devoted, and Disciplined. Life is rough, and surviving life can be quite a challenge, especially for one who has chosen to follow Jesus. It is a given fact that anyone who has decided to be a Christian will suffer great opposition from the evil forces at work in this world. Paul says our struggle is "against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms" (Ephesians 6:20). But remembering to be Obedient, Devoted, and Disciplined (or ODD) to the will of God can help you survive the greatest of trials.

Now let us look at each one of these letters individually:

1. O (Obedient)
