Aeon Flux

Is anyone else looking forward to this movie? This movie just looks great!
And Charlize Theron is a beautiful and talented actress, so this looks to be a good movie. I watched ET or Insider on it the other day and it just keeps looking better!
If you don't know anything about this movie just go to Yahoo Movies and type in "Aeon Flux".
I haven't read the comic yet though.

What you all think so far?

I've never seen the anime, but this looks cool! Parts in the trailer share similarites with Dark Angel and Equilibrium and just about every other dystopian entertainment. But it does look very good.

I watched the cartoon when it first started on Liquid Television, and at first it was interesting and very different. As it went on and became it's own show, it just got too weird, that kind of weird for weird's sake and I lost interest. What exactly they do with a live action movie might be interesting, but so far it's not high on my radar.

You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness. Rom. 6:18

God can do anything, anytime, anyway He wants to.......if He wants to paint me blue and hang me upside down nekkid from an apple tree, thats alright, as long as it's God doing it. Of course, if He comes through with a directive like that, I might have to ask for some I.D. Michael Wanke

It did get weird? Probably like Alias, maybe? Now that got really weird! I hadn't watch that show in a while and I flipped on the TV for the last episode I was like...
A giant floating fire ball and zombies...right....
But yeah, this movie isn't looking anything like the show from what I've seen.

Yeah, it is. Or at least it is on Ebay

And is it really an anime? I didn't think it was...I thought it was just an American cartoon

it was made by the same folks that put together reign: the conqueror, perhaps we could refer to it as an action 'toon since i'm not really sure if its an anime either, although it's no less anime than thundercats

It's not really an anime but rather influenced by anime. The creator went on to
do one of the stories in the Animatrix.Anime Insider has a small article on the
movie.
