Could you allow users to lock and change the name of their own topics? I often wish I could do both of those things without having to call in a moderator.

OK. I went digging through the control options and this is not an easy one to figure out. We probably won't enable locking of threads at a user level, but the thread name change is one we're discussing now. I'll do some extra looking later, but for the mean time I think it's not going to happen this week. Sorry!
