On some messages that *look* like they were sent to multiple people that only needs one reply (this is true for admin messages, of course, but I'm sure there are others), it would be nice to know to whom a PM was sent and all the people who got it, so that way there isn't a bunch of stepping on people's toes with replies in those situations.
