Gonna have to say Excalibur from soul eater. By the way super happy to find this place couldn't find a good anime review for months.

Chibi-Usa from Sailor Moon was pretty annoying, though I heard she was better in the new Eternal movies. So was Zenitsu from Demon Slayer, though, from time to time he had his moments. I also loathed Yui from Angel Beats, and the majority of the cast of Clannad. Enough of the characters got on my nerves I decided to drop it after the second episode (Nagisa and her family, Fuko, and Tomoyo really annoyed me for some reason. I know this is an unpopular opinion on this site). Shinji Matou from Fate was also really annoying, evil, and had no redeeming qualities.
