The Man in the High Castle

Great book by Philip K. Dick. The story follows the lives of a half a dozen or so characters in what remains of the US after Japan and Nazi Germany win WWII.

I read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep a while ago, and liked it quite a bit. I wasn't to big on the premise, but some of the things (the mood machine) were pretty awesome. I think The Man in the High Castle is much better, the premise is something I've always thought about. Excluding the crazy woman, I loved all the characters. Phiip K. Dick is one of my new favorite authors.

After reading it I really have gotten the urge to buy the I Ching and let it make decisions for me for a month or so. That would be fun.
