Another fanfiction.net problem-someone help please

I have a problem with a registered user doing review spamming.

A day ago, I posted a negative review of a user named "Marin 2x1"'s work, basically because it was admittedly yaoi-to-be with the warning being inside as a comment rather than in the summary and because the dialogue was choppy, out of character in many places, and seemed to be more about how many swearwords she could use than about an actual storyline.

She posts two flaming reviews on one of my stories today, personally flaming me as a liar since "the yaoi wasn't in the story yet" and then flaming my writing. One of those reviews is listed, the other will be within a few more hours.

So, after finding out that I can't delete reviews from registered members, I e-mailed abuse@fanfiction.net to report the problem.

My e-mail was returned by the return mailer with this reason:

So is there anything I can do? If this person keeps up, my review section will be filled with her spam and insults.

Maybe you were looking for this e-mail address reportabuse@fanfiction.net . It seems the other doesn't work.
