Peach Girl...shh it's a secret. Such a big soap opera, but I'm addicted...so sue me.
Maybe our mistakes are what make our fate. Without them, what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course, we wouldn't fall in love, or have babies, or be who we are. After all, seasons change. So do cities. People come into your life and people go. But it's comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart. And if you're very lucky, a plane ride away.

hoho IT IS, good luck with the soap opera drama! :dizzy: After reading a few volumes, it's very hard to find a character I like or admire. On the other hand, it's really easy to hate someone...hahahaha

I've read Hot Gimmick and GALS, both are quite good IMO, although I dislike the 'slave' concept in HG.

I'm currently following Black Cat, Naruto and Detective Conan closely. ^^

I'm reading GateKeepers, Alice the 19th, and the day that MINK comes out--- I'll be rabidly addicted to that. I love Tachikawa's mangas. Love 'em, love 'em, love 'em.

I've been interested in Kodacha for a while. Why did it get a teen rating from Tokyopop? The covers look pretty innocent.

Now that I can, I'm following Naruto quite closely. I have it from a good source my public library will be getting Hellsing relatively soon, so I'll be following that as we get each volume.

Also, I could read most of Oh My Goddess. Is it worth it?

*takes out a book as big as a dictionary which is marked "misc. Mink info" and opens to the first page* J/K.

Mink is a manga by the same woman who did Saint Tail (one of my favorites :P ) It's about a girl who goes out to buy a copy of her favorite super-cute male vocalist's cd, and instead ends up with software through which she can make herself into a super-cute diva. She does this, and, through an array of events, end up becoming a famous singer. The catch? The software she is using is copy-righted for the future and if she gets caught using it, she'll be deleted. Proving once and for all that a girl will do way too much to get a guy's attention.

That last sentence isn't from any other synopsis I've read. I threw that part in. In short, BelldandyMewMew, Mink is a magical-girl manga with a lot of "can't reveal my secret identitiy" stuff. I personally really like magical-girl. And from the other thread which we both like, you might like it. Have you read Saint Tail?

Life is but an empty dream!
For the soul is dead that slumbers,
and things are not what they seem.
Life is real! Life is earnest!

Dust thou art; to dust returnest,
Was not spoken of the soul."

Is it possible to get HunterxHunter anywhere in America? If it isn't, I'd probably consider looking at it via other means...

Right now I'm reading Tokyo Mew Mew, Suki, Saiyuki, X/1999, Alice 19th, and Planet Ladder. Most of these I'm waiting for the next volume.

The choice has been made. There's no looking back. I won't let up, back up, give up, or shut up. My focus clear. My path is straight. My God, reliable. I'm a disciple of Christ.

Gods plan is like the sun. its too big and bright to look at directly, and sometimes the rain clouds cover it, but sometimes the plan dapples through the clouds and we can see beautiful glimpses of what he has in store for us.
