@Mir -- you're going to have to tell me what you think of Pale Cocoon. :D

Cat Soup -- reactions: I'm going to multi-task--ooh. Hm. O_o Ew...cool! Trippy. Eh? Sure....

Final reaction: I think I loved it?

Kikumana -- a short. My reactions were pretty much the same as to Cat Soup, though I got a strong "suicidal" "depression" message goin' on in there somewhere.

I tend to agree with you on this.
Lupin the Third: Castle of Cagliostro - pretty good, for a gag anime
(1) What? (2) I think an unqualified "great movie guys!" is more appropriate for this film.

Claymore 1-3

Funi has posted the complete series on their page, and I've been curious. It's good so far: exactly what I expected (girls hacking up monsters), no more and no less (yet). Dark, moody, violent. Looking forward to meeting more Claymores, as the premise to their existence and everyone/thing entailed with that intrigues me. Enjoyable as a come down from the brainy heights of the final Stand Alone Complex episodes.

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood episode 24... we're watching it slowly, so that we can get it in English. B) I must say I love seeing the manga animated :D

Naruto episode... uh..., 160 something. :P My first anime, and I still haven't finished it ^^; No matter, it's good to watch when there's nothing else :)

So lately I've been on a real anime run. xD
Not really a good thing for me, because I have lot of others things I could be doing.
Anyhow. Here's the list.

In the past 3 months I have watched

Crest of the Stars... I started to watch it, but it really bored me so I stopped.
Angelic Layer, started... but still unsure if I'll finish.

Boys Over Flowers/Hana Yori Dango - complete + movie [I don't know how I made it through the whole show, it was really dramatic, but I liked the characters, especially the main character Tsukushi]
DN Angel - Complete series 1-26 [Interesting show, not my favorite, but it was alright]
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time - completed movie, watched about 3 times. [Yeah, I really liked it]
Hanesakeru Seishounen - complete 1-39 eps. [LOVED this show]
Harukanaru Toki no Naka de - complete 1-26 eps. [I liked the creativity in the characters, lots a bishies. ;) But the storyline was mehh..]
Harukanaru Toki no Naka de Maihitoya - complete movie [same as above]
And the OVAs that go along with the shows. [It's a pretty confusing series, one is a spinoff and the other is the original + extensions from the show]
The Place Promised in Our Early Days - complete movie [Good!]
The Story of Saiunkoku: Season One - complete [my second time watching, but this time in dubs, rather than in subs] (Again, love this series, I wish they'd continue dubbing and make a Season 3!)
Suzuka - complete [An okay series; the main characters really irritated me though, so I probably won't ever watch it again]
S-Cry-Ed - complete [LOVED this show, not really sure why, but I really liked it]
Piano: The Melody of a Young Girl's Heart -- Complete [cute, kinda slow, but it was wholesome.]
Princess Tutu - complete [Cute show, though the ending is kinda sad]
Witch Hunter Robin - complete [LOVE this show again, except for the ending, I really wish they continued it]
Wolf's Rain - complete series eps 1-30 [Sad, sad show, hated the ending, loved the characters, will not watch again because of the ending] (Manga is good though)

Currently watching...
Gate Keepers - ep 19. [almost finished]
Clannad - ep 10. [Really like it so far, it made me cry. ;_;]

Soon to watch--

Clannad After Story
Gate Keepers 21
Yukikaze

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann ep. 4-5, 7-9

Episode 8 was the worst episode ever.

Gankutsuou: The Count of Monte Christo ep. 1-5

Really enjoying it so far. I will elaborate later.

I just finished Galaxy Railways in the first half of July. I had seen it on Funimation when they were carrying an HD antenna (non-cable) broadcasting channel, and I liked enough of it that I put it on my TBW list to see in correct order. It's worth watching, and ends decently. But do some research on the series and you'll see that there's more of it that hasn't been released yet. I've heard tell it'll take about 5 years for that stuff to come our way, buuuut... I can wait. Plenty of other series to watch in the meantime.

Finished: Hetalia Axis Powers today (Ending? What ending? THIS. IS... Hetalia... *Surrenders*),
Outlaw Star (OK ending, but as me and some other people think on here, there was something missing from that series that we just couldn't put our fingers on.)
Season 2 of Ranma 1/2. (I... am extremely annoyed by Happosai. >.>)

Aaaand now, I'm about to start Gurren Lagann, which it seems a lot of people have been talking about lately. I'm looking forward to it. As well as continuation of Ranma 1/2, and the start of Hetalia World Series.
There is always hope in the Lord for those who seek it.

@ Juliannesan- I agree about DN Angel :)

@ mysngoeshere56- Really? Awesome!! That series is fun... Although I mostly just like Dark (and a little Krad)

@ Nozomi- Yay Hetalia!!! Best comic relief series ever :P Haha, I did that at the end, too... There's simply no structure to it :dizzy:

As for me... I'm on Naruto episode 164. I'm FINISHING this series, and all the other series I've started, and then moving on with my life XD (Meaning... watching more...) But my sisters and I agreed to finish everything, and enjoy a day of no 'obligations'.

Naruto astounds me. It's fun to watch, but definately not... Umm, good in any specific departments (Not especially funny, not especially epic... so what is it?!)

I think people watch (or read) Naruto because they want to see it end. There's a plot thread or 20 they want to see tied up, and they won't be able to if they don't keep watching (or reading)

Claymore 4-8

Episode 8 was pretty much the biggest shock I've had watching anime in a while...I experienced an involuntary sharp intake of breath and everything. Whew. That kind of thing hasn't happened in a while. That episode definitely elevated Claymore out of the troposphere of 7/10-7.5/10 into the potentially 8/10 or 9/10 stratosphere.

Oi! I forgot!

I also watched one episode of Azumanga Daioh!
and!

Bamboo Blade to ep 5. [I really like it so far, its cute and funny. I love Tamaki!]
My Bride is a Mermaid! 1 ep. [I've only seen it in Japanese so far and the characters annoyed me so much I couldn't finish it, I might try to see it again someday when I'm not busy, while dubbed.]

Also! I finished Clannad. [Soooo cute. LOVED it, I don't really care too much for the special episode though, I[SIZE="1"] thought it was a little too dramatic, but meh, it could be just me and the fact that I like Tomoya with Nagisa better than with Tomoyo[/SIZE].]

Finishing Gate Keepers tonight, [hopefully]
I did just start watching Clannad After Story, though... I'm hooked. xD I wish they'd dub it already though! Arghhhh.

oh wow! I have the anime list that I am watching stacking! LOL Currently I am following One Piece from the beginning. So right now, I am on episode 46 I think. I am also watching Black Jack, still only watched only the specials and episode one, but that is a series I am serious about finishing. I love the themes! I am also watching Gundam 00 (finally was able to get through episode one and can now move on to the rest). And I am lastly watching Samuri X. ^_^
