I finally watched the episode. Loved it! I would imagine it would be tough to fit back into society and make friends after being away from it for 1000 years. A bit like Rip Van Winkle, but more years.

I actually saw it last Saturday, first time watching MLP on TV. Luna has made it to the top of my favorite character list, I hope we get to see more of her soon. :lol:

Pipsqueak was quite adorable as well.

She was still working on her costume, and perfectionist as she is, it wasn't ready. (I forget what it was.)

There was a whole sequence where Twilight brought Luna to Rarity's for a makeover, hoping she could give Luna a "softer," less intimidating look. Rarity freaked out about get to dress up a Princess and over did it, covering her in the pinkiest pink princess get up ever. Luna disliked it and in taking it off, had a piece of the dress in her mouth. Pinkie showed up just at that moment and screamed that Nightmare Moon ate a princess and all the kids screamed and ran.

The most probable explanation is that Luna's voice actress also voices Rarity, and because of the voice similarity between Luna and Rarity, they figured it might be better to cut Rarity out so that it wasn't as obvious.

There are a few of the ponies that have the same voice actress. But, I guess their voices are quite as similar as Luna and Rarity so you may be right.

Random question. Is there a thread of who people's favorite MLP character is? I thought I remember seeing one a long while back before I started watching but I can't seem to find the thread and I don't want to start a new one if there is already one out there. I am just curious whose people's favorites are =)

Sweetie Belle and Rarity were surprisingly like my youngest sister and me. It was pretty funny.

A Friendship is Magic thread! I love FiM, so I joined just for this. I'm a Brony (gots pmv to prove it). Twilight Sparkle is best pony by the way.

I love episodes like Sisterhooves, it was fantastic.
Rarity keeping her calm and not blowing up at Sweetie Belle was admirable. And the â€œGood, bad.â€

Another great episode in my mind. Scootaloo is my favorite so if we have to have an Applebloom episode to get Scoot screen time, I'm all for it!

Plus, we also now have official pony versions of Jesus Quintana, The Dude, Donny, and Walter!

Really not liking the continued Flanderization of Big Macintosh, though.

Another great episode.

Loved seeing more of the other young ponies again, especially Snails. Cherilee's first line felt just a little bit forced though. Gotta love Pinkie Pie. :dizzy:

I love the CMC. So I'm okay with this.

But if they ever get their cutie marks, it means that they wouldn't get into as many wacky adventures. I have a feeling that their cutie marks will either come in a TV movie special or as a series finale. Hopefully anyway.

Twister answered it. The Dude, Walter, Donny, and Jesus Quintana are all characters in The Big Lebowski. It's been well-established that Lauren Faust is a HUGE fan of the movie, as there are Big Lebowski references in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and Powerpuff Girls as well.

This episode was so very clichÃ©, but I don't mind as long as I'm entertained, and I was very entertained.

Fluttershy and Pinkie doing what they do best. I was hoping for a flying-squirrel before the episode, but that idea was quickly crushed, on a pedestal no less. :lol:

I found Tank a little ugly, I apologise to tortoises around the world, but he grew on me a bit and I will agree that he was somewhat amazing, I'm also glad for everyone who voted for a tortoise. I'll take one of those falcons though, he was just awesome. :cool:

Rainbow Dash is still worst pony.

Also Rainbow Dash is Gary Oak and this episode was just the moral of the Pokemon games.

I still liked the episode though. Falcon dude was a true gentleman. But why can't she have more than one pet? Lots of people have more than one. She could've kept both the tortoise and the falcon, no reason she couldn't have. Yeah I know, it's a kids' show.

I just finished both last and this weekend's episodes finally! I thought Tank the tortoise was adorable! Though I did like the eagle, the owl and the falcon as well. xD Yeah, I do like RD, but I wasn't very impressed with her attitude for most of this episode. Those poor animals, I wouldn't want to be her pet. xD
