Agloval (post: 1584616) wrote:I dunno, I hear bad things about it trying to have a plot. And how can a 26-episode late 90s TV show have better production values than a late 80s money-sink OVA? That staff doesn't look as promising either.
Hmm, okay. Maybe I'll cautiously try watching it some time.Maokun (post: 1584626) wrote:Having said that, I'll stand by my opinion of its plot. I thought (and still think) it has a superb sci-fi premise that was carried throughout the series with a few well placed twists and a satisfying end. I do think the series suffers of taking itself a bit too seriously (compared to BGC) and pacing problems but it was all worth it in the end.
