Favourite teenie comedies of the 80's and 90's

Postby impact777 » Tue Apr 23, 2013 11:51 am

Hi! :)
I love those movies. Of course not all, so could you please recommend me some good ones?
I like Ferris Bueller's Day Off, License to Drive, Adventures in Babysitting and Pretty in Pink for example...

Breakfast Club rocks my socks. It's how I got into Simple Minds.

B&T, especially. haha

I adore Pretty In Pink as well as The Breakfast Club and most movies that had Mrs. Ringwald. I also loved Teen Witch, Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead, Can't Buy Me Love, and Adventures in Babysitting! Let's just say I love 80/90s teen flicks.

I love 80's movies! Pretty In Pink, Some Kind Of Wonderful, The Breakfast Club...they just have such great messages. Yeah, my mom said "I do NOT remember that being in here!" more than once, but the movies make a point. (Unlike some of the things out there today...) Social standings, stereotypes - all things we still deal with today, though the 80's seem to hit that theme much harder. Plus, Andrew McCarthy is just wonderful. :P

My favorite 80's movie would have to be Say Anything. It's so cute and funny and sweet and just amazing! :D
