Of course, we're not sure that what does. Maybe you shouldn't check that. Bad things could happen. Or maybe will end all the bad things you specifically are looking for. Or maybe it ends everything. We're not quite certain, but I for one would not trust any bureaucrat who's sanity has been reduced to writing such a form. Also, thanks to the new short form, all old forms are no longer useful and will be seen as wasted effort.

Done! Your birthday party becomes a president caucus. Hundreds of people show up to argue about which candidate they should pick. Nobody brings any presents, and your cake gets eaten before you get a slice. One candidate's supporters barricade themselves into the bathroom as leverage against the other factions. Everyone ends up settling for a compromise candidate that nobody actually likes. Nobody who leaves your party is happy.
