New Christian writing/literature forum needs your help!

I am looking for writers to do a monthly emailed newsletter thing with literary discussion/review thing, submitted writings, some highlighted thing of the month, maybe a writing tips column.

Kaligraphic is going to do a tech tips column. I asked someone from a catholic site about doing something. I don't know yet what she would write.

Please PM me if you are interested, or better yet, join the forum and PM me there. My name at that site is joankira.

Also, please submit work to the forum/discuss writing and liturature at the forums there.

I think I might be able to do the writing tips column, though I'd like further specification as to what kind of thing you're looking for.

Really? Writing tips, lets see, I don't know.

- probably not too into punctuation but maybe certain problematic grammar areas to just briefly highlite,

- probably something like composition from school minus the class homework and with some literature class thrown in,

- maybe something like what characterizes a certain kind of writing and what makes it good,

- introduction to different kinds of writings (sub-genres if I may refer to them as such, poetic patterns, etc.),

- ideas, techniques, etc. behind certain kinds of writings,

- common writing difficulties/mistakes,

- effective pre-writing steps,

- practical how to sit down, focus and write ideas but this would not be as regularly brought up,

- if writer desires, suggested writing development activity generally emphasizing the topic of the column.

- Longer stories

The first page or the first page of a section to highlite accompanied by a brief discriptive review encouraging reading the rest.

- Nothing will be added to newsletter unless the requested permission to do is granted. This would most likely be done over PM at the site.

I do not have much to offer in terms of stories at the moment, but I could probably do this much. Give me an intended length (and a specific topic, if you want the newsletter to have a focus) and I'll give you a column.
