Dislocated shoulder.... ouch!
Well i have dislocated my shoulder at least 5 times. I cant sleep on that shoulder at night and i cant rotate it correctly. Also, i wake up with pain somedays.
Does anyone have the same problem, and any advise?

yea, they say the only real option i have is surgery. I have tried to work it back to health, but i guess that doesnt work. I really dont want surgery.. so i dont know what to do. Ive prayed over it and have been prayed over. I am just too young to have probs like this.....
too bad [well good for you guys] that you havent had this happen, because you would know what to do... but its better that you guys arent hurt!
