New FAQs

Postby Ashley » Wed Dec 31, 2003 9:41 pm

To help out those new to anime, we've added a terms dictionary to the FAQs, which will define some common terms like "yaoi" and "bishoujo". Hopefully this will help clear up some confusion without having to go out on a limb and make a "newbie" post. Happy new year everyone!

"Gundam" should really be "Mecha". Mecha is the usual name for the genre. If you are going to use it then it should be an example since "Gundam" is the most common and usually the first seen Mecha anime series.

Sorry, it just felt out of place since you were talking about the genre, not just the series itself.

I agree Gundam might be the biggest Mecha enterprise but its still under the Mecha genre not a genre in its self. GO! Gundam!
