How do you remove someone's profane review of your work?

I tried "remove review," yet that only works for anonymous reviews, and I feel like I'm doing something wrong with such words on my review page-yet I can't do anything about it, and the person who issued that review is normally a rather good writer who doesn't use the same type of language in her writing (at least not yet).

How do you deal with this without offending her but yet getting a pointless use of God's name taken in vain off of your review page?

I'm not the final authority on the issue, but I think software wise, you're stuck. Can you contact this person? I haven't tried actually changing one of my former reviews, so I don't know if it's even possible. But she might be able to review again and apologize as a side-light. When mentioning it to her, make sure to make it clear you aren't mad, you'd just prefer it off.
