There are alot of awsome photographers on CAA, the ones that come to mind are Kodai (uber scary doll owns you), Glitch (just check out his Flickr!), Linksquest (#1 poster of pictures in the gallery).
As for artists, wow there are so many...Chibiphonebook is definatly one of themm.
